Still Running Through You?

You’ve built real traction, but the business still depends on you for everything.

Every decision, deal, and drama lands on your desk, and you’re running out of bandwidth.

It’s time to get out of the weeds and start leading again.

Tired of Firefighting?

You’ve tried hiring, tools, and new processes, but nothing sticks.

You can’t trust things to run smoothly unless you’re involved, and that’s the real bottleneck.

Let’s fix the machine so it finally runs without you.

How We Fix It

Every founder’s bottleneck looks different, but the fix follows a rhythm.

Start with clarity. Then fix what’s slowing you down.

SOS Discovery

------- diagnostic -------

A fast, founder-first diagnostic that uncovers your top bottlenecks, and shows exactly what to fix first.

You’ll walk away with clarity, priorities, and a tactical roadmap to finally run without you

SOS Spint

------- execution -------

A done-for-you execution sprint to fix one high-leverage system that’s slowing you down.

You’ll walk away with clean ops, less founder drag, and one less thing on your plate.

My Journey So Far

I’ve been where you are.

A founder juggling growth, delivery, and the weight of it all sitting on your shoulders. From the outside, the business looks solid. But behind the scenes? It’s messy. Stressful. Fragile.

I built, scaled, and sold my own software company. Raised £3.5 million. Lived through pivots, built out product and ops, led teams, and sat across from investors and acquirers. I know what it’s like to be in the weeds while trying to act like everything’s under control.

And what I learned the hard way is this:

Great products don’t scale themselves. Chaos doesn’t fix itself.

Today, I work as a Fractional CxO for SaaS founders stuck in that messy middle. I help them stabilise their operations, build leverage, and turn their businesses into scalable, investable machines.

I don’t come in with theory or corporate jargon. I come in to solve. To simplify. To get you back in control, and get your business ready for whatever’s next.

Whether you’re aiming to scale or thinking about an exit, I’ll help you fix what’s broken, fast.

Stuck in the messy middle? You’re not alone.

You’ve got traction, a solid product, and paying customers.

Delivery breaks without you

Growth has flatlined

You’re still the bottleneck

You can’t step away without things stalling

You don’t need another hire, you need a system that works without you.

The GRIT Framework

Built for founders who want a business that runs smoothly and grows on purpose, not by accident.

GRIT is a four-step system for aligning your vision, your business, and your operations, so everything moves in the same direction.

  • Ground the Vision

Get crystal clear on who you are, what you want, and where you’re really trying to go.

This isn’t about buzzwords or slide decks, it’s about defining a direction that actually means something to you and your business.

  • Review the Machine

Take an honest look at how your business runs today.

Is the machine fit for purpose?

We dig into systems, delivery, and team dynamics to see whether they support the vision, or hold it back.

  • Implement Smart Systems

Bridge the gap between the vision and the machine.

We align strategy, structure, and rhythm so every part of the business works together, clear roles, consistent delivery, and systems that don’t rely on you to hold them up.

  • Turn Up the Volume

Once everything’s in sync, we scale.

With clarity, rhythm, and confidence in place, you can turn up the volume, more growth, more speed, and more freedom without breaking what you just fixed.
